Taxi Bar Tuning Show, Gradiska 2012
As we announced, we were in Gradiska again, this time in Tuning Show. Since Eurodubs crew was not complete, but we managed to cover this event like we promised. At the same time, those who wanted to get their t-shirt from Eurodubs Wear collection, have got the chance.
So, Tuning Show took place in Gradiška on April 22nd 2012. at the Taxi Bar Hotel. As far as we heard, this was third show in a row. This year less participants attended this event due to bad weather last couple of days. Maybe the reason was that they were not ready for competition 🙂 We know that we were not ready, so we parked far away from contestants.
We arrived to Gradiška on Saturday, so we were fresh for the first day of the event. We got up early, and were on the spot first. We got on time to meet cars from Croatia ( most of them from Zagreb ). By the number of cars arriving, we could tell it will be interesting event.
Like always, equipment can give hard time when least needed, but we managed to solve all problems and started working.
Styling contestants were various. Volkswagen of course was the most common, but there were also Hondas, Opel, Audi, Fiat.. Also, you could find couple old timers.
Location for this event is one of the best in the region. There was place for everyone, food and drink were available on the parking. For those who wanted more relaxed atmosphere, there was hotel restaurant or restaurant on the entrance.
During the day, Dejan Špoljar entertained visitors with his show on motorcycle. He have got the loudest applause when he rose front wheel and rolled motorcycle on the last, altogether with 3 girls on the bike with him.
On the other part of the parking, DB contest took place. Of course, alarm of all cars nearby started, so we had to turn them off 🙂 On the photo bellow you can see how serious contestants are, and results are on the bottom of this text.
Finally, we are pleased that we had chance to meet people who support us, and who we know through forums and social media. we hope that we will have chance to spend some time together when we do not have to work 🙂
